  • You can attend as many courses as you like. Please notice that you need to register for each course format separately. 

  • You need to register first and create an account on our re.FASHION ACADEMY website. Afterwards, you can log in and book your course(s). In the case of an online course, you will automatically receive a link to enter the session. If the course will take place in person, we will forward you the respective address.

 ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW 

 PRICING & CANCELLATION 

  • We will accept payments with PayPal, MasterCard and Visa. The fee can only be paid in the following currencies: EUR. Our platform ensures a safe and encrypted transaction process.

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds if you should be unable to attend due to unforeseeable or personal circumstances.

  • When a course gets cancelled due to the absence of a speaker, we will offer all attendees full compensation for the course if we cannot reschedule it.

  • For now, we do not offer any free courses. However, if you are a member of Fashion Council Germany you will be able to access a certain number of courses for free annually.

  • In rare cases where your course is cancelled by our platform due to unforeseen circumstances or an insufficient number of enrolments, we will promptly notify you via email. If we cannot reschedule the course, please notice our cancellation policy and wait for further instructions regarding reimbursement of the course fee.

  • After booking your course you are eligible to cancel the course within 30 days (the “Cancellation Period”) without giving any reason to the re.FASHION ACADEMY. By booking your course you accept that the Cancellation Period will expire 30 days after the date of the confirmation and you will only be eligible for a refund of 75%. After 60 days we cannot offer you any refund in case of a cancellation from your side. For more information review our cancellation policies.

  • Please contact our re.FASHION support team via support@refashion.academy. Make sure to include the following information so that we can process your request: Your full name and email address associated with the course enrolment, course name, order number and enrolment details, reason for cancellation, and refund request. Our support team will review your request and follow up with you to confirm the cancellation and provide information regarding the refund process.

  • If you are eligible for a refund, we will transfer your fee via your previously used payment method.

 TROUBLESHOOTING 

  • You can reset your password via the sign-in page and click on “reset password”. We will send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

  • If you have signed up for a course and lost your log-in data, please reach out to our support team via support@refashion.academy and we will provide you with the respective data.

 COURSE CONTENT 

  • Once you enrol and participate in a course, you will receive access to all the respective course material for internal usage. This means you can revisit your material even after the course has finished and will be able to contact your speaker(s) for any questions.

  • Yes, absolutely! All our webinars will be offered for a reduced price on-demand after the live date. Please note that the on-demand webinars do not include a Q&A and thus do not offer a chance to exchange with our respective speakers directly.

  • Yes, upon successfully completing a course, you will receive a digital certificate to showcase your achievement.

  • Yes, we see our instructor’s expertise as our top priority. All our speakers are industry professionals working in the industry itself or in relative sectors of industries. They bring real-world insights and practical knowledge to the courses, ensuring you receive valuable and up-to-date information.

  • This depends on your selected course format. We will deliver our courses online (live & on demand), hybrid, and in person. Please check your course to see which format applies to you. For more information on our learning formats please go to our home page.

  • Yes, we do offer courses for beginners in various fields, but please notice that our content is currently focused on B2B. Therefore, we recommend checking each course’s target group to make sure the course is suitable for you

  • Our platform offers a diverse range of fashion-related courses with a special focus on sustainability, empowerment, innovation, and inclusivity. We continuously update our course catalog to cater to the dynamic needs of the fashion industry and our re.FASHION – community.

  • Due to our international approach and community, our courses will mainly be held in English.

 TECH QUESTIONS 

  • To access our online courses, you will need a reliable internet connection and a device such as a computer, laptop, or tablet. We recommend using the latest versions of popular web browsers for optimal viewing and functionality. Please make sure your device has audio capabilities and is equipped with either speakers or headphones.

  • We generally host all our webinars and other online courses via Zoom. Therefore, we recommend installing this on your device for a smooth learning experience.

  • If you encounter any technical issues while accessing your course over our online platform, we recommend the following steps: Ensure that you have a stable internet connection, clear your browser cache and cookies, and try accessing the course using a different browser and/or device. If the issue persists, reach out to our support team providing details of the issue you are facing. We will assist you as soon as possible to ensure you can participate in your course.
